Practical knowledge MHZ.expert

In this article, we take you through the entry page for MHZ.expert.

Important

Always log in using your dealer login details via the MHZ dealer portal (My MHZ) to access MHZ.expert.

 

You cannot log in directly via the MHZ.expert log-in screen with the same details you use for the MHZ dealer portal. If you log in to MHZ.expert directly, your account will be blocked and will need to be reset manually by us. If this happens, please contact online-marketing@mhz.de.

To go directly to the entry page for the tool from the dealer portal of our website, press the MHZ.expert button. Here, you will find an overview of all the functions and can view personal information about your most recent orders, delivery times, favourites and assignments.

 

1. Product icons/products: You can navigate to the individual products and models via the product icons in the left-hand margin and also via the "Products" menu item.
2. Product slider: Here you can find an overview of the latest and most popular MHZ products. Clicking on the "Configure product" button of the model currently being displayed takes you directly to the configuration.
3. Collections: You can access the collections catalogue via the "Collections" menu item. Here, you can filter the MHZ collections according to product, fabric, pattern and many other criteria. In addition, fabrics that are no longer available are identified accordingly.
4. Processes: You can access your processes, such as orders, price information, pick-up requests, service contracts, deliveries/free deliveries, invoices/payments/credit notes and your sales list via the "Processes" menu item.
5. Search: You can search for models and accessory items via the search bar.
6. Favourites: The last three favourites you have saved appear in the Favourites tile. Click on "Display all" to display an overview of all your saved favourites. You can also access the Favourites overview directly via the star symbol on the top right next to the search bar.
7. Shopping cart: You can collect items you have configured but have not yet completed the order process for in the shopping cart.
8. Orders: The "Orders" tile provides an overview of your last three orders. You can see the order date, order number and price of your current orders at a glance. If you wish to see all your orders, click on "Display all".
9. MHZ.planner: You can access our product configurator MHZ.planner here.
10. Service box: From the service box, you can access the contact details for our customer centre, the MHZ practical knowledge area (where you can get help, tips and useful advice on various topics in relation to our products) and our Smart Home overview page (where you can find out everything about smart control of MHZ products).
11. Next delivery: You can see the day of the week on which the next delivery will be made at the bottom on the left.
