Shopping Cart

1. Commission: Always enter a commission at this point.
2. Duplicate item: Via this icon you can duplicate the respective item. After clicking on it, the configuration window opens again and you can adjust the duplicate.
3. Quantity: Enter the desired quantity of the respective product.
4. Remove: Delete individual products from the shopping cart via the trash can icon.
5. Add articles directly via article number search: You can enter an item number or the part of an item number in the search field and the system will show you the products which match the item number.
6. Update shopping cart: Always click this button after making changes to your shopping cart.
7. Delete shopping cart: If you want to cancel or modify the process for now, press "Cancel". The complete shopping cart will be deleted.

Price analysis (visible only for users with Chef access).

The "Price analysis" button will show you the exact composition of the position sum.

Product details

Via the button "Product details" you can see all features of your product that have been registered by our system.

View end customer offer

Via the shopping cart you have the possibility to create an offer for your end customer and to save or print it afterwards. To do this, click on the "View end customer offer" button at the bottom left of the shopping cart.
You can configure the end customer offer as you wish using the following functions:

1. Individual header text: This function allows you to insert your own header text for your end customer offer and then save it so that this text is also available for later orders or price information. 
2. Individual footer text: The same applies to the individual footer text.
3. Print control features: You have the option to make only certain details visible on the end customer offer by placing or removing a check mark behind the respective items.
4. Additional services: Here you can enter additional services such as installation work, which are not charged in our system, but should only be displayed for the end customer offer. For this purpose, enter the quantity, the service description and the price.
5. Print: This function allows you to generate a PDF file of your end customer offer and then print or save it.
6. Total items incl. VAT: The gross price before deduction of possible discounts is displayed here.
7. Total discount in %: Here you have the possibility to enter a discount for your end customer. This discount will not be calculated in our system.
8. To pay: Here stands the final sum to be paid for your end customer.
