For added functionality
Sunshade, privacy, shielding from glare, energy savings, improved spatial acoustics and many more benefits. All provided by Duette® honeycomb pleat blinds from MHZ.
Honeycomb pleat blinds consist of two pleated layers of fabric joined together and fixed between two rail sections. The honeycomb-shaped cavities between the fabric panels form an air cushion that acts as a layer of insulation against heat and cold. As a result of this structure the honeycomb pleats produce soft incoming light and an atmospheric ambience.
Unlike on a pleated blind, the tension cords of a honeycomb pleat blind run inside the cavities. That means no punched holes that the sun can shine through. Together with blackout fabrics the blinds can be used to fully darken bedrooms and living rooms.
In commercial premises and offices the Duette® honeycomb pleats contribute to improved spatial acoustics. They cut down noise by up to 45 percent, make it easier to understand what is being said and make spending time in the room more agreeable.

For a better indoor climate
Honeycomb pleats regulate heat
Honeycomb pleat blinds are ideal for keeping the indoor climate stable all day long. The honeycomb-shaped air cavities between the pleated fabric panels form an insulating layer. From the very start of the day, this prevents the room temperature from rising and strong sunshine from overheating the room.
Honeycomb pleat blinds for added atmosphere in the home
Ideal for rented apartments
Mounting without drilling and screwing
In a rented apartment drilling or screwing into the window frames is often not allowed. Can a braced pleated blind nevertheless be installed?
The MHZ adhesive set, MHZ window clips and MHZ clamp brackets enable pleated blinds to be fitted without drilling or screws.
