A total of 10 young people began their vocational training at MHZ on 2 September at our sites in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Kirchheim and Niederstetten. Our new recruits are trainees in office management, technical product design, IT, industrial mechanics, industrial business administration, mechatronics and tool mechanics.
At the start of their training the newcomers get the opportunity to become acquainted with MHZ as a company. Training sessions, visits to various sites and interaction with colleagues are the order of the day.
At MHZ the trainees receive high-quality theoretical and also practical training in the various different vocations in our own training workshop. In the course of their training they learn the basics of their profession, plus important practical skills and theoretical knowledge of the different production methods and acquire extensive product knowledge.
Once they have completed their training, our trainees are excellently equipped to take on responsible, skilled tasks. Good foundations have thus been laid for a successful career path with an assured future.
Regular interactive learning, briefings and project work back up the vocational training at MHZ.
This commitment has paid off, for once again this year all the trainees taking their final examination set by the various exam boards passed with above-average grades.
Our trainees can look forward to three exciting years at MHZ. We wish them a great start to their working lives and lots of success with their training!
